Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hand-pour all our candles in small batches and want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Because our candles are handmade and consumable, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery only on unused items in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on:

*Used candles

*Candles that have been burned

*Custom or personalized orders

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

*Your order number

*A photo of the damaged or incorrect product

*A photo of the packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
